Lemon – citrus limon

Lemons are a favourite fruit worldwide, very popular for culinary use  but also useful for many things including cleaning, it can bleach stains, polish copper and it smells wonderful.

Oil of lemon smells delightful and is a popular aromatherapy oil which may help to improve mood.

Just looking at a bright yellow lemon makes me smile and I certainly enjoyed painting my lemons and developing our lemon cross stitch kit from that picture.
